Jennifer Green, LMHC, RYT-200
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Providence, RI, with years of experience working in outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospital settings. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life dealing with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and substance use. My goal is to help you live a more hopeful, fulfilled life—and I truly believe that change is always possible.
My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exploring the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also incorporate dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, mindfulness, and a holistic perspective that recognizes the mind-body connection. With over 12 years in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and yoga teacher, I often bring movement, nutrition, and wellness into our work.
