Contessa Brown, MHC-A
I've been serving as a clinician in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts community for the past three years. My goal is to empower and support my clients as they navigate life’s transitions—helping them prepare for what’s ahead while also finding closure from the chapters behind them. I'm especially passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and wellness, particularly within the BIPOC community. I strive to deliver therapeutic interventions that are both culturally competent and rooted in compassion.
I have always had a passion for people, which is why I am truly here. I am here to hold sacred space while guiding you in your journey of healing and wholeness. This journey is more than a hashtag, this journey is for a lifetime. We will work together to create goals as well as implement different tools to help navigate the different chapters in this thing called life. I look forward to serving you in this capacity. The first step starts with you!
