HER Circle: Heal, Evolve, Reclaim


Discover the power of creative expression and movement in a supportive community designed to foster healing and self-discovery. Through art, writing, and somatic practices, this group offers a safe space to process emotions, release trauma, and reconnect with your authentic self alongside like minded women.

Heart & Mind: A Women's Process Group


Join a supportive community of women dedicated to self-discovery, growth, and meaningful connection. Through shared experiences and open discussions on relationships, self-esteem, career, and life transitions, this group offers a space for insight, empathy, and personal transformation.

Accepting Yourself (a.k.a., How to be a Rockstar)


Join a supportive group for teens learning how to embrace who they are—fully and unapologetically. Through honest conversations and shared stories, members explore identity, self-worth, conflict, and connection. This 12-week program offers a safe, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ youth and allies to be seen, heard, and celebrated as the rockstars they are.

Better Mental Health Through Nutrition and Wellness


Discover how everyday choices can nourish your mind as well as your body. In this supportive group, you'll explore the connection between food, movement, and mental well-being—learning simple, sustainable ways to boost mood, energy, and emotional resilience. Led by Jennifer Green, a licensed therapist with a background in fitness and yoga, this space offers guidance, community, and tools for lasting wellness.

Our Founder


Dr. Sarit Lesser, PsyD

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Sarit Lesser is a clinical psychologist, instructor, and founder of Dyad Psychology, a trauma-informed practice dedicated to helping people build meaningful relationships. She works with adults, families in the perinatal period, and individuals navigating life transitions.

Trained at Brown University’s Warren Alpert Medical School, Dr. Lesser specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP), integrating mind-body approaches to healing trauma and attachment wounds.

Through Dyad Psychology, she and her team provide holistic, relationship-centered therapy, empowering clients to strengthen the connections that matter most.
